Do I have access to manuals or any other information regarding the system(s) I purchase?

Yes, once order is placed an account is created granting you access to manuals and other pertinent information.  Account access is available during support contract or up to 12 months.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

 

How do I return a product?

Most product problems can be resolved with an email to our product support team at products@tridentresearch.com or by filling out the Contact Us form.  If product support does not resolve the problem, a product exchange may be the solution.  In the event product support cannot correct the problem, you will need to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 
1.    The return time period begins on the date the product(s) were received.

2.    Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.
3.    Have your receipt number available.
4.    Call Product Support at +01 512-215-4552 to receive your RMA number.  No Returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number!

Reason for Return

Tell us why you are returning the product.  We may be able to suggest a different product that will better suit your needs.  If you would like to exchange a product, any price difference will either be refunded or charged to your credit card.

Your returned package MUST contain ALL original material. This includes boxes, disks, manuals, registration forms and advertising inserts.

1.  Please do not write on the original manufacturers label or packaging.

2.  Include a copy of your receipt and RMA number with the returned package.
3.  Returns may be rejected if the product has been damaged during shipment. To prevent shipping damage, pack products securely in an EXTERNAL carton.  We recommend using a carrier that has a reliable tracking system (e.g. Federal Express, Airborne Express, UPS).

100% Refund: New, package complete and returned within 15 days

80% Refund:  Used, package complete and returned within 15 days

50% Refund: Used or package incomplete or returned after 15 days

Damaged shipment:

For standard carrier shipments (i.e.; UPS, FedEx, etc.), we must have been notified (by phone or email) of any damage (or other problems) and have been provided with any and all additional information within 2 business days of you receiving your products.  Once you have determined that the products shipped to you were received damaged, you need to notify us and the carrier (i.e.; UPS, FedEx, etc.) within 2 business days. At time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, and let us know immediately; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip (on deliveries requiring a signature), you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged.

 

What shipping methods can I choose from and how long will it take?

Your shipment will arrive via Federal Express (FedEx).  FedEx deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at +01 512-215-4552 for charges.

If product is immediately available, it will ship by FedEx within 2-3 days.  If product is not available, a Product Representative will contact you via email with an estimated ship date.  FEDEX DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE GUIDE

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order", "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method selected.  We currently offer the following methods:

  • FedEx (FedEx Ground)
  • FedEx (FedEx Express Saver)
  • FedEx (FedEx 2 Day)
  • FedEx (Standard Overnight)
  • FedEx (Priority Overnight)
  • FedEx (First Overnight)

 

 

Do you ship to a P.O Box?
